Situation:

Asset Based Lending recently funded a hard money loan to an experienced investor and builder for the purchase and new construction of several town homes in Philadelphia. The investor has already completed projects like this, previously turning a dilapidated old church into beautiful modern townhouses. We’re excited to see how this project turns out!
