Situation:

ABL recently funded a $281,000 hard money loan for a fix and flip property in Westbury, NY.  Our investors plan to do a lot with this property, by first removing a wall in the living area to make the entry way larger, and demolishing the kitchen and bathroom down to the studs. Since the walls in this property aren’t in the best condition, our investors plan to spackle up any that are savable, and replacing the walls that aren’t. For the kitchen, new cabinets, custom granite countertops, modern finishing’s, and stainless steel appliances will be installed. A completely updated bathroom will also be installed. Along with a fresh paint job throughout the home, new crown and base molding will be added to the walls and ceiling, as well as case molding around each window. Our investors also plan to completely finish the basement with water resistant sheetrock on the walls and ceiling, and tiled floors. New electrical wiring and LED light fixtures will be added around the home. A new boiler and hot water tank will be added as well. The exterior of the property will be freshened up with new siding and a reinforced roof! We can’t wait to see how this property looks when the entire renovation is complete!
