Situation:

ABL recently funded a $210,000 hard money loan for a fix and flip property in Nutley, NJ.  These experienced investors have their work cut out for them! For the interior, the kitchen and bathrooms each need to be demoed and completely renovated. New cabinets, appliances and granite countertops will be added to the kitchen, and new tiles, bathtub, vanity and a toilet will be added to the bathroom. New drywall, paint and possible flooring will be needed throughout the home and new windows and doors need to be installed. Along with the cosmetic upgrades, this property will also need a few structural beams installed, and new electric throughout the home. We can’t wait to see the finished product!
