ABL recently closed a $282,000 fix and flip hard money loan on an investment property in Northport, NY. Our investors plan on giving the interior of this property a makeover by gutting the kitchen and bathrooms and updating with top of the line finishes and appliances. Laminate wood flooring will be added to the main floor of the home, with new carpet added to each bedroom. Eleven new interior doors will be installed, with crown molding added to the main floor of the home. Our investors plan to boost this property’s curb appeal by installing a new window shutters, a mailbox and a wooden picket fence. Landscaping will be added to the list of finishing touches. We can’t wait to see the finished product!
