Situation:

Asset Based Lending recently funded a $57,120 hard money loan for a fix and flip property in Pennsauken, NJ. These investors definitely have their work cut out for them! The interior of the property will be updated with new drywall and flooring. The kitchen and bathrooms will be renovated and updated with modern furnishings and top of the line appliances. All interior doors and windows will be replaced, and the entire home will be re-painted. Once the interior is completed, our investors will move outside where they will repair the existing siding on the home, and boost their property’s “curb-appeal” with a bit of landscaping. Along with the cosmetic upgrades, our investors plan to install brand new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. We are patiently waiting to see the finished product!
