ABL continues to close hard money loans in the state of New Jersey. This month, we closed a fix and flip loan in Westfield New Jersey with a loan amount of $442,000. This experienced investor is only planning $30,000 in renovations. However, these minor additions are expected to boost the value of his property significantly! The house will be equipped with all new wood flooring as well as a completely refinished basement. New bathrooms will be included in the house with updated tiles and fixtures.
