Asset Based Lending recently funded a project in Northfield, New Jersey with a $158,000 hard money loan for a cash out and rehab. This investor cashed out on their property to take on a large renovation. The plans include a complete demolition and reconstruction of a new kitchen and two new bathrooms, as well. The home will be equipped with a fresh set of paint and a freshly paved concrete driveway. He also plans to expand on his living space with a family room extension!
