With a $90,000 rehab budget, this Philly fix and flip investor has his work cut out for him. He’s keeping costs low by maintaining some of the more expensive parts of the property, like the water heater, the newer PVC piping, and some doors and windows. When he’s finished, the house will have a new powder room, oak cabinets, and granite countertops.
