The future residents of this three-story Connecticut property will be thrilled with their brand new bathrooms, pantries, and kitchens after our borrower demos and replaces them. He and his wife will be working together to change this cramped 3-family property to a desirable 2-family rental property. On our previous projects with this borrower, we were highly impressed by his work and are expecting great things from his latest endeavor, as well.
