This two-bedroom Colonial has a lot of potential, and this investor is going to take advantage of that by modernizing the property. He’s going to start strong with a makeover of the exterior; the plan is to replace the roof shingles, install new vinyl siding and window shutters, and replace the doors and gutters. Inside, he’s going to completely demo the kitchen and bath and upgrade them with natural stone, a new kitchen island, and a tub-shower combo.
