These repeat borrowers in Florida came back to Asset Based Lending in need of a quick close fix and flip loan. The property was purchased via short sale at a significant discount, and is in need of only minor cosmetic renovations. The scope of work for this fix and flip project includes cleaning and updating some of the flooring, replacing lighting fixtures throughout, repairing wear and tear in walls, and repainting interior and exterior of the property.
