This first time borrower and professional contractor came to Asset Based Lending for a hard money fix and flip loan for the purchase and renovation of a single family split-level in Deptford NJ. The scope of work for this fix and flip project includes upgrading the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems where needed, overhauling the kitchen and existing bathroom, adding a new bathroom, updating flooring and lighting fixtures, and even some light landscaping.
