Asset Based Lending recently funded a hard money loan for a fix and flip investment in New Britain, Connecticut. This repeat borrower found the property on Auction.com and was able to attend an open house in order to get an idea for the work that needed to be done. The scope of work for renovations of this 13-unit property includes cosmetic updates to the kitchens and bathrooms throughout, new fixtures and doors, as well as updating the heating system to more efficiently serve the many units.
