Asset Based Lending recently funded a hard money fix and flip loan for an experienced investor and real estate entrepreneur in Bayonne, New Jersey. ABL was able to close this deal in just over a week in order to accommodate the borrower’s rush needs. The scope of work is essentially a gut rehab of a 1,200 square-foot single family attached property, and the borrower plans to sell the finished home for at least $250,000.
