Asset Based Lending is glad to be funding a new hard money loan for a repeat borrower and experienced real estate investor in Florida. This fix and flip comes with an extensive scope of work. The investor plans to create an open floor plan, add a bathroom, install new air conditioning, and update the entire property with high end finishes. The investor is using the same contractor that he has used on previous deals, and anticipates about 5 months to complete the project.
