ABL funded a hard money loan for the purchase of 982 sqft single family property in need of $30,000 worth of renovations. The scope of work for this rehab project includes finishing the basement, adding a bedroom and bathroom, gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as cosmetic exterior work.
