Established in 2010, Asset Based Lending, LLC is a Hard Money Lender providing fast bridge financing to real estate investors for the purchase, renovation, new construction, or long term refinance of single family, and multi-family properties. We have closed thousands of loans since we began with total transaction amounts in excess of $2B.
