Asset Based Lending recently funded a $80,000 hard money loan for a fix and flip project in Allentown, PA. The property needs a complete renovation of the bathroom, as well as an upgrade on all kitchen cabinets and appliances. Most of the windows in the property need to be replaced and a fresh coat of paint will be added throughout the home! The floors will need to be cleaned and maybe re-finished before the home will be “move-in-ready”. These seasoned investors plan to complete this home in only a few short months, and we’re excited to see the outcome!
