This real estate investor is coming back to Asset Based Lending for his second deal with us. ABL is funding a hard money fix and flip loan for the purchase and renovation of a single family property in Willingboro, New Jersey. The scope of work for the renovation of this 1,600 square-foot property includes all new siding and gutters, replacing the windows, gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as modifying the floor plan for a more open layout.
