Asset Based Lending recently funded a $95,000 hard money loan for the purchase and rehab of a property in Irvington, NJ. The first phase of the project includes installing a new front entry way as well as replacing all broken windows in the home. The next phase includes a complete renovation of the kitchen, where new cabinets and countertops will be installed, as well as a renovation of each bathroom, where new bathtubs, showers, sinks and toilets will be installed. New flooring and paint will be added throughout the property! Once the interior of the property is completed, our investors plan to boost their property’s “curb-appeal” by landscaping the front and back yard of the property!
