Situation:

This full time investor came to ABL to finance a fix and flip multifamily project in Jersey City, NJ. This investor’s plan calls for a complete gut renovation of the property. He’ll install 3 new bathrooms as well as a brand new modern kitchen featuring a unique backsplash. The home will make the transition to a central air system with an HVAC installation. All interior walls will be coated with a fresh layer of paint and trim molding bordering the edges. The exterior will receive a major functional improvement with a new roof as well. This is certainly a big project, but we’re confident in our borrower’s plan and know that he will execute his vision!
