Situation:

Asset Based Lending recently funded a $108,000 hard money fix and flip loan in Newark, NJ. Starting with the exterior of the home, our investors plan on installing a new roof, new windows and a new front door. Once that is completed, they plan to complete a partial demolition in order to bring this home back to life! As soon as the demo is finished and the walls are put back up, our investors plan to install new flooring and a fresh coat of paint throughout the home. New cabinets, fixtures and appliances will be added to the kitchen and bathroom. A new HVAC system will be added to the home. Our investors plan to complete this rehabin just two short months! We can’t wait to see the finished product!
