Situation:

Asset Based Lending recently funded a $141,000 loan for a fix and flip property in West Milford, NJ. Our investors plan on completing an interior rehab including a partial demolition, a completely new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, bathroom upgrades and fresh paint throughout. Along with cosmetic enhancements, our investors intend to add a new roof and HVAC system to the property. They plan to complete all renovations in just under a month; we can’t wait to see the finished product!
