Situation:

Asset Based Lending recently funded this fix and flip loan in St Petersburg Florida for an extremely experienced investor and builder in the area. The plan is to complete a total gut renovation with an addition to ultimately build a home better suited for the local demographic. The finished home will be a 2,000 square foot 4 bed/2 bath with 14 foot ceilings, medium finishes plus a garage. This investor has already built and sold similar homes on the same street, and we’re confident this project will be equally successful!
