This repeat borrower and experienced real estate investor came back to Asset Based Lending for a hard money loan for a purchase and rehab project in Indian Head, Maryland. The project is a renovation of a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom single family home totaling roughly 4,400 square feet. The scope of work for renovations includes rehabbing the kitchen and bathrooms, updating the paint and fixtures, as well as new flooring and fixtures throughout.
