In this ambitious fix and flip project, our borrower is flipping a three-story mixed-use building with 6 residential units on the top two floors and more than 500 sq. ft. of retail space on the first floor. This investor already owns a 10-unit property in Allentown and he plans to hold this one for rentals as well. He will add new laminate flooring, kitchen and bathroom features, and appliances. After repairing the roof and replacing some windows, this building is sure to draw in both residential and commercial tenants.
