ABL is very active in funding fix and flip projects in the Philadelphia area. This pair of Philly investors came to us seeking funding for a dilapidated property in need of repair. They were able to secure a hard money loan of $255,000 to put their plans into action.The property will receive a new kitchen and bathroom along with all new hardware and exterior features like fencing, exterior lighting, and a stoop. The space will be freshened up with new windows and a fresh coat of paint as well. We’re excited to see the finished product!
