This repeat borrower and experienced investor came back to Asset Based Lending for his latest fix and flip investment in Jupiter, Florida. This project is a hard money loan for the purchase and rehab of a 5,300 square foot single family property in need of a total gut renovation. To scope of work for renovations includes gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, interior demolition and altering the layout, new floors and paint throughout, as well us updates to the electrical and plumbing systems.
