Situation:

Asset Based Lending recently funded a hard money fix and flip loan for an experienced investor in Yonkers, New York. The investor is embarking on a gut renovation of this 7-unit property, with the finished property consisting of (6) 2 bedroom apartments, and (1) 3 bedroom unit. Having completed similar gut rehabs in the area before, we can’t wait to see this real estate investor is able to do with this one!
