This real estate investor found Asset Based Lending through a local mortgage broker’s referral. ABL funded a hard money fix and flip loan for the purchase and renovation of a multi-family property in Jersey City, New Jersey. The scope of work for renovations includes updating the plumbing systems, new appliances and drywall throughout, as well as overhauling the HVAC system. The kitchen and bathrooms will be cleaned up and updated.
