Situation:

ABL recently closed a $422,000 hard money fix and flip loan on an investment property in Jersey City, NJ. Our experienced investors are excited to get started on this rehab, and plan to complete the entire project in just a few short months. For the interior of the property, our investors plan to renovate the kitchen with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, as well as updating both bathrooms. The existing drop ceiling will be removed throughout the home, and new sheet rock with recessed lighting will be installed in its place. An addition will be added to the second floor of the property, and a fresh coat of paint and engineered flooring will be added throughout the home. Along with cosmetic upgrades, our investors intend on installing a new HVAC system with hot air and AC capabilities. We can’t wait to see the finished product!
