ABL recently funded a hard money fix and flip loan for a first-time real estate investor that had just finished a popular investor training course. The scope of work for the rehab to this 5-bed 3-bathroom 2,500 square foot single family house is mostly cosmetic. The exterior rehab includes powerwashing, landscaping, and updating the driveway. Internally, the borrower will repair damaged areas, replace the flooring throughout, and update the major appliances.
