Situation:

This experienced builder and wife of one of ABL’s repeat borrowers came to Asset Based Lending for a hard money construction loan to complete the build of a 1,700 square foot single family home in Miami, Florida. This borrower purchased a double empty lot, which was then subdivided into two and both houses are being built at the same time. With this borrower’s experience, we can’t wait to see the finished homes!
