These experienced fix and flip investors are on their third deal with Asset Based Lending, this time coming to ABL for a hard money fix and flip loan in order to purchase and rehab a property in Summit New Jersey. The scope of work for this 1500 square foot single family home includes a new roof, as well as gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, adding a new bathroom, and replacing the hardwood floors throughout. With the investors’ backgrounds as a real estate agent and contractor, we can’t wait to see the finished project!
