Asset Based Lending recently funded a $188,000 hard money loan for a fix and flip project in the Patchogue section Long Island, NY. This particular property is a single-family ranch style home featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our investors plan to renovate this home to modern standards. The renovations include flooring updates, fresh paint throughout, new doors and molding, and a complete demo of the bathroom and kitchen followed by a full remodel. To add a few finishing touches, our investors plan to do an exterior cleanup, which will really give this property “curb-appeal!” We can’t wait to see the finished product!
