This repeat borrower came to Asset Based Lending for a hard money fix and flip loan in order to purchase and rehab a single family REO in Plainfield NJ that his realtor located for him. The property requires almost a full gut renovation. The scope of work includes repairing the roof, replacing most windows, converting a half bath to a full, gutting another bathroom, totally renovating the kitchen and even opening up the floor plan!
